Mondi Consumer Flexibles
Mondi Consumer Flexibles is part of Mondi’s Business Unit Flexible Packaging and a global manufacturer of tailor-made flexible plastic and hybrid packaging solutions that are sustainable by design. The product range includes pre-made bags, stand-up pouches and high-performance barrier materials with film- and paper-based solutions. Making it possible to provide paper where possible, and plastic when useful. We serve some of the world’s biggest brands and FMCG’s in categories such as fresh food, pet food, home, and personal care. Committed to quality, we provide customer-oriented packaging solutions and cutting-edge innovations developed by our state-of-the-art R&D centre in Gronau. Our network serves customers from 27 operations located in 12 countries.
Mondi Containerboard
Mondi Containerboard is the #1 containerboard producer in Emerging Europe and #1 for virgin containerboard in Europe. Internationally, we rank among the leading international suppliers of white top kraftliner and first class semi-chemical fluting. Mondi Containerboard produces at seven locations. In 2020, we sold around 2.6m tonnes of high quality products all over the world. Mondi Containerboard is fully integrated across the packaging and paper value chain. We use only internally produced pulp, which provides our customers with high security of supply. Mondi Containerboard’s customers can benefit from our broad paper portfolio for diverse industries and end uses. Our latest innovation, Kraft Top White, produced on our new paper machine in Ruzomberok (SK) is a unique product composition combining excellent printability, fantastic strength and a high-recycled fibre content.
Mondi Functional Paper and Films
Mondi Functional Paper and Films (FPF) is part of Mondi’s Business Unit Engineered Materials, providing paper and film-based solutions such as release liners, barrier coatings, and technical films following our motto paper where possible, and plastic when useful so we can provide customers with products that are sustainable by design. The industries served are graphic arts, labels, tapes, fibre composites, industrial, building insulation, hygiene, medical, envelopes, food & consumer goods, corrugated case linings, foam liners, automotive, and industrial packaging. Oriented towards a sustainable future and committed to quality, Mondi FPF is an agile and innovative partner with technically advanced expertise, global availability, and customised solutions. Mondi Kraft Paper
Mondi Kraft Paper is part of Mondi’s Business Unit Flexible Packaging and the global leading producer of high-quality bleached and unbleached sack kraft paper and bleached, unbleached and recycled speciality kraft paper grades, as well as bleached and unbleached market pulp with certified wood. Our world-class integrated mills offer paper grades for numerous applications that can be converted into strong yet lightweight industrial paper sacks for cement, building materials, food, agricultural or chemical industries, to shopping bags for retailers, e-commerce packaging, and insulation papers that are sustainable by design. Our R&D Centre in Frantschach, Austria continuously optimises production processes to develop smarter and more sustainable packaging solutions by putting a focus on meeting the highest environmental standards. We have more than 100 years of expertise in papermaking and have four operations in Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Sweden.
